Three organic mate varieties to discover – a total of 300g:
Mate tea mildPure mate leaves, without stems or powder. Fresh, clean, and mild in taste. The perfect introduction for mate novices or anyone who prefers a milder flavor.

Erva MateBrazilian style. Fresh green mate leaves with sprigs and a hint of powder. Creamy and mild, slightly sweet and bitter with a typical Brazilian note.

Yerba Mate- Argentinian mate leaf cut. Naturally matured mate leaves with stems and powder. Round, mature, full-bodied and with an invigorating finish.

Step 1:Place the insert in the mate cup. Heat water to 60–80°C, pour some into the cup (until the insert is covered), and pour the rest into the thermos.

Step 2:Pour in the mate and form an even mound. Push the bombilla through the mound of mate until it reaches the bottom.

Step 3:Let it steep for about 1 minute, then drink. Before pouring more, use the bombilla to make a small hole.

Step 4:Keep topping up. If the mate becomes too weak, rinse it with fresh leaves under running water. Cheers!

Tip:Enjoy immediately after pouring – do not let it steep.

The Balance use
This is a stainless steel ring for the mate cup. The yerba mate is sprinkled onto it – this way you can precisely control how much mate falls into the water and how much remains dry. If the flavor diminishes, simply add more dry mate from the insert.

The result: Consistent flavor from the first to the last sip, more infusions, and less mate consumption. No need for a traditional mate pile – ideal for beginners, but even experienced mate drinkers wouldn't want to be without it.
