In Latin America, mate is shared with friends and family – a sign of togetherness. But there are also good reasons for two cups: different varieties, different temperatures, or simply one for home and one for the office.

This set gives you both. Two ceramic mate cups, warm to the touch and easy to clean. Two stainless steel bombillas. Three organic mate varieties to discover: mild for a gentle introduction, fresh Erva for an authentic kick, and aged Yerba for a full-bodied flavor.

Why ceramics?Glazed and tasteless – no aftertaste, no maintenance like with a traditional gourd. Simply rinse or put it in the dishwasher. Done.

Absolutely. As a mate drinker, you usually have several cups – for example, in different places (home, office, on the go). It's also handy if one cup is in the dishwasher and you still want to drink mate.

Three organic mate varieties to discover – a total of 300g:
Mate tea mildPure mate leaves, without stems or powder. Fresh, clean, and mild in taste. The perfect introduction for mate novices or anyone who prefers a milder flavor.

Erva MateBrazilian style. Fresh green mate leaves with sprigs and a hint of powder. Creamy and mild, slightly sweet and bitter with a typical Brazilian note.

Yerba Mate- Argentinian mate leaf cut. Naturally matured mate leaves with stems and powder. Round, mature, full-bodied and with an invigorating finish.

1. Pour in 3-6 tablespoons of mate. Hold the cup at a slight angle and push the mate to the side with the bombilla.

2. Hold the cup at an angle, fill the free side with lukewarm water – the top third of the mate mound remains dry.

3. Leave at an angle for 3-5 minutes until the water is absorbed.

4. Pour on 60-65°C hot water. Use just enough so that the mate mound isn't overflowing. Drink immediately, don't let it steep. Repeat until the flavor diminishes.

The colored mugs are smoothly glazed inside and out. The vintage version is smooth inside, but slightly rough and ribbed on the outside – for a more rustic look and feel.
